6th: Mads Mikkelsen (Hannibal)
Another Danish actor, Mads Dittmann Mikkelsen might be almost 50, but he is like good red wine. At the moment he is playing the eponymous main character of the new Hannibal adaptation. Playing such a complex fascinating character who leads a double life – the one of a vicious murderer and the one of a psychologist aiding FBI in its investigations – can be done only by a fantastic actor.
Mikkelsen has also performed in the James Bond film Casino Royale, The Three Musketeers, the historical drama nominated at Oscar, A Royal Affair and the acclaimed Danish movie, The Hunt, which has brought him many awards, including the award for best actor at the Cannes Film Festival.

Often voted the sexiest man in Danish polls, Mads is not only good-looking but also very talented. Till 1996 when he started his acting, he had been a gymnast, wanting to become an athlete, and a professional dancer for 8 years. He is also a keen motorcyclist, was knighted by the royal family of Denmark, speaks Swedish and is a family man.
Honourable Mentions
Hugh Dancy. Hannibal’s purpose is to frighten and amaze its audience. So it does not need many cast members, but the main two already do a great job. So with Mads on our list, the other left is Hugh Dancy (Will Graham) whose pretty face and on screen fragility make him a fan favourite.
5th: Charlie Hunnam (Sons of Anarchy)
This 35 year-old English actor and screenwriter has starred in FX’s Sons of Anarchy as Jackson “Jax” Teller. Jax is an outlaw motorcyclist, gun runner, mechanic and the President of the Sons of Anarchy Motorcycle Club’s Redwood Original subdivision, with a noticeable number of tattoos.
Hunnam has also been part of projects such as the epic war drama Cold Mountain, Pacific Rim, Queer as Folk, a series based on the lives of three gay men and is about to appear in Guillermo del Toro’s Crimson Peak with Tom Hiddleston and Mia Wasikowska and in Knights of the Roundtable: King Arthur as the king himself.

This Robin Hood look-alike is constantly flying between Los Angeles and London. He has auditioned for big lead roles such as Anakyn Skywalker in Star Wars: Episode II – Attack of the Clones, Thor and was about to play Christian Grey in Fifty Shades of Grey, but gave up the role due to his busy schedule.

SAMCRO has some of the sexiest badasses and we tried really hard to resume just to men. So, on our nomination list we have the sexy giant Ryan Hurst (Opie Winston), the adorable but tough on screen Theo Rossi (Juice Ortiz) and the “no one looks better in a suit than me” Billy Brown (August Marks).
4th: Ian Somerhalder (The Vampire Diaries)
You don’t have to know who Ian Somerhalder is to know who Ian Somerhalder is. Even if you don’t know that he is actually in his 30s, you actually know his blue-eyed husky face and that he plays Damon Salvatore in The Vampire Diaries.
And boy, he really got a lot of fame after playing the bad boy turned good guy vampire who was so in love with Nina Dobrev’s character Elena Gilbert that he became her boyfriend in real life. But Somerhalder was also on Smallville as Adam Knight and on Lost as the main lead Boone Carlyle.

Ian was destined to be handsome since childhood. He started modelling when he was 10 and has been a model for Calvin Klein, Dolce & Gabanna, Gucci, Versace and Guess.
He has played soccer, baseball, owns a pizza parlour, a reclaimed furniture shop and has his own foundation, the “Ian Somerhalder Foundation”, which has the purpose to empower and educate people and projects which aim to positively impact the planet and its creatures. He is such a great man that it breaks your heart that he got married with Twilight actress Nikki Reed on 26th April 2015.

The Vampire Diaries is a show mainly for teens and especially for girls. So, of course that Mister Somerhalder, while the most good looking, is not the only one. With Damon Salvatore on this list, we can’t forget about his brother. Paul Wesley and his Edward Cullen look-alike Stefan Salvatore is definitely worth mentioning, as well as Michael Trevino who plays the werewolf… vampire… hybrid Tyler Lockwood.
Other hotties are one of the few humans on show – Zach Roerig who plays Matt Donovan and Matthew Davis as Alaric Saltzman, the charming vampire slayer/ history teacher. And we will let you watch the show to identify more handsome guys, but we advise you to not try a “sexy guys drinking game” because we don’t want you in a coma in hospital.
