Eminem is a singer, producer and American actor, who became famous since the debut of his first album “The Slim Shady”. It is considered the greatest rapper of all time and has millions of fans worldwide, with a total number of 92.399.285 likes and 243.417 people talking about him on Facebook.
Marshall Bruce Mathers III, aka Eminem, was born October 17, 1972, in Saint Joseph, Missouri. He has Scottish, English, German, Swiss and Polish roots. His father abandoned the family a year and a half after the birth of Mathers, who grew up in abject poverty. For 12 years, they moved to many different cities until they settled in a suburb of Detroit. At 14, Eminem began performing rap and hip hop under the pseudonym M & M and pulled out his first album with a band called Bassmint Productions.
Rap God
Although the rap music scene was dominated by color singers, Mathers managed to impose himself in the underground audience. He repeated 9th grade twice, due to absences, and, at 17, he dropped out of school. In 1991, his uncle was killed by a gunshot to the head, in the presence of Mathers, the young man being devastated by the experience. In 1996, he released his first solo. The desire for enrichment, constant struggle and abuse of drugs and alcohol culminated in a suicide attempt. When composing The Slim Shady EP album, he took his stage name, Eminem, and won numerous awards. He began working with Interscope Records in 1998, and the new album was one of the best since 1999, winning three times platinum. During this time, Eminem and Dr. Dre start a beautiful collaboration.
The Second Album
The Marshall Mathers LP was released in May 2000, and broke all box office records. The album went platinum in September and Eminem was the first white to appear on the cover of “The Source”. In 2001, at the Grammys, the star sang with Elton John. In 2005, there were rumors that Eminem would like to end his career as a rapper and focus on the one as a producer. Eminem denied and pulled out another album, The Re-Up, in August 2005 and canceled a world tour announcing that he was admitted into rehab in order to get rid of his dependence on sleeping pills.
Between 2007 and 2009, Eminem released an album, Relapse, which however, was not as well received as the previous ones. Fourth album, Recovery, was released in 21 June 2010 and received rave reviews. In 2008, Eminem released his autobiography, The Way I Am, which recounts his struggle with poverty, drugs, alcohol, fame and depression. Eminem met Kimberley Anne Scott in high school and they married in 1999. In 2000, Kimberley had an attempted suicide and sued Eminem for defamation.
They divorced in 2001 but remarried in January 2006. That didn’t last for too long because in December 2006 they divorced again. The two have a daughter together, Hailie Jade Mathers, born on 25 December 1995. In 2010, Eminem claimed he will not resume his relationship with Kim. He adopted two other girls: Alaina Mathers (Kim sister’s daughter) and Whitney (Kim’s daughter from another relationship). Eminem is also the legal guardian of his half-brother, Nathan.

With 95.352.403 likes and 6.762.057 people talking about him, Vin Diesel, on his real name, Mark Sinclair Vincent, born on July 18, 1967, in New York, is an American actor who was noticed in films such as Multi-Facial, Strays, The Fast and the Furious, etc. He never knew his biological father and was raised by his stepfather, a professor and director of a theater. He made his stage debut at age 7 when he appeared in the play “Dinosaur Door” written by Barbara Garson. It was produced at The Theater for New City, in New York. His participation in the play came when he and his brother and a few friends entered the theater with the intent to vandalize it.
Faced with the artistic director of the theater, Crystal Field, who, instead of punishing the children, passes them into the script and gives them their own show in the future. Vin Diesel becomes producer in the early l990, his first salary being taken for the short film “Multi-Facial”, which was also nominated in 1995 at the Cannes Film Festival. In an interview, broadcasted late at night, with Conan O ‘Brien (Late Night with Conan O’Brien) claims that he changed his name to “Vin Diesel” when he worked as a porter for a Nightclub in New York, the reason being the fact that, in this profession, real names are not frequently used.
The name comes simply from the short version of Vincent, while the Diesel nickname from his friend telling him: “-Stop, Diesel!”, referring to the continuous energy he had. He has three siblings: a twin brother named Paul, a younger brother Tim and a sister called Samantha.
His first role in a 1990’s film was not credited, but after he started to star, produce and play in the short film, from 1994, called “Multi-facial”, a semi-autobiography that follows the struggle of an actor in the hearing, because of how it is seen to be too black, too white or black or white. Written, directed and produced by Vin Diesel in 1997, “Stray” was selected to compete in the “Sundance Festival” hosted by MTV. He was then selected in l998 by Steven Spielberg to plat in the film “Saving Private Ryan“, as poignancy of his performance in “Multi-Facial”. In l999 he gave his voice to the animated film “The Iron Giant”. In 2000 he got a major role in the movie “Boiler Room”.
He then became the latest action hero with two great successes in “The Fast and The Furious” (2001) and “Triple X”, (2002). He also appeared in the 2006 drama “Find Me Guilty” and also in the third part of the series “The Fast and The Furious: Tokyo Drift”, but not being mentioned in the cast. In the summer of 2008 he appears in the science fiction movie “Babylon AD“. After seven years, Dominic Torretto gave him again the role in the fourth part of the “The Fast and The Furious” series, which was ready in April 2009. The same thing happened in 2011 when he appeared in FAST FIVE (fast and furious 5) where he played a man named Dominic Toretto.

This is, in short, the singer Shakira, who has an impressive life story. On her real name, Shakira Isabel Mebarak Ripoll was born on February 2, 1977, in Barranquilla, Colombia. The only child of William Mebarak Chadid – an American of Lebanese origin and Nidia del Carmen Ripoll Torrado, who emigrated to Colombia when she was at the age of five. She also has eight stepbrothers, from a previous marriage of her father. Shakira wrote her first poem at the age of four years.
Shakira’s Poetry
Fascinated by her father’s typewriter, Shakira asked one as a Christmas gift, which she received when she was seven, and continued to write poetry, which later became the text of her songs. When she was two years old, her stepfather and one of her brothers died in a motorcycle accident. At eight, Shakira wrote her first song, “Tus Gafas oscuras” (“your glasses obscure”), inspired by her father, who wore dark glasses to hide the pain of his son’s death.
Between The Age of 10 and 13 Years
Shakira was invited to perform at many parties in Barranquilla, becoming a local celebrity. Later, she was helped by a producing theater and came to Sony Columbia.
Rejected at first, she was accepted after she was heard live by company representatives. The first three albums didn’t enjoy so much success however, so Shakira took a break to finish hes studies. In 1994, the album “Pies Descalzos” enjoyed a great success in the Hispanic space. Worldwide, she became famous with the album “Donde estan los Ladrones”.
Later, she began singing in English, not only in Spanish. This was followed by world tours, which have enjoyed great success. Many of her songs have reached number 1 in the world rankings. As for her love life, Shakira was combined in 2000 with Antonio de la Rua, son of the former Argentine president, Fernando de la Rua. In March 2001 he asked her to marry him but the two never got to the altar, the two splitting after 11 years of dating. Currently she is dating Gerard Pique, the two being first seen as a couple in 2010.
