The FBI, or the Federal Bureau of Investigation, is one of the hard-hitting government<\/strong> agencies of the United States. No one crosses the FBI, except maybe the CIA<\/a>, but they\u2019re like brothers so don\u2019t expect them to have beef with each other.<\/p>\n

The FBI is one of the main reasons the United States of America is arguably the most powerful country in the world. It is a successful and secretive group that handles domestic and foreign crime within U.S<\/strong>. concern and is a vital instrument in maintaining peace and order inside and on the borders.<\/p>\n

But being an organization of human beings, the FBI, too, is not perfect. The list below contains some of the imperfections<\/strong> of the highly respected group. Tennessee judge John Hagler<\/a> made a fantasy tape with recordings so thrilling, FBI thought it was a torture session and associated it with an unsettled murder case. The tape did not indicate that Hagler was guilty of charge for anything<\/strong>, as attested by the police.<\/p>\n

The tape was brought to the concerned authorities by a former secretary more than two years before it surfaced before public eye in 2008. The tape contained recordings<\/strong> of seemingly graphic erotic situations connected with former.<\/p>\n

9. Osama bin Llamazares?<\/h2>\n

Do you hate the FBI? You would hate them more if you discover that one day, you see your face on street posters<\/strong> and all of a sudden, you realize that you\u2019re the most wanted AND hated man in the world (ironically)\u2026 all because the FBI forgot to acquire an updated picture of Osama Bin Laden<\/strong>, who you apparently look like (at least in their eyes).<\/p>\n

Long before Bin Laden was successfully eliminated<\/a> from the face of the Earth, the United States government is at wit\u2019s end in finding his location and providing an accurate and updated photo of him, since their photos of him were shot decades ago<\/strong>. They were not impressed with the results of aging Osama\u2019s pictures so they resorted to using Google Images.<\/p>\n

They tried to construct Bin Laden\u2019s face<\/strong> using facial features from Llamanzares<\/a>, a member of the Parliament of Spain, who had campaign photos all over the Internet. It was a convenient opportunity for the FBI.\u00a0 Llamanzares was so disgusted and outraged over the shameless<\/strong> use of his facial features that he vowed to never feel safe in the United States ever, after what FBI did.<\/p>\n

8. FBI Gets Down in It<\/h2>\n

Burhop, Michigan was onto something big\u2026 something that involves an apparent gruesome cult murder. Balloons were discovered to carry a super-8 camera that shows a video of people surrounding a dead youth<\/strong> somewhere in the cornfields.<\/p>\n

A whole year and more were spent in searching the location of the crime scene<\/strong> to finally identify who the people in the video were. When the searched turned unfruitful, FBI was called to finish the job.<\/p>\n

They studied the tape and broadcasted a clip of the video on national TV, requesting the public\u2019s help in solving this<\/strong> Twilight Zone-like crime. They should\u2019ve just asked high school kids in the first place.<\/p>\n

FBI, with all its intel skills, couldn\u2019t even distinguish a cult murder footage from a music video. The whole investigation blew up into an outrageous disgrace<\/strong> when an art student revealed that the murder victim of the super-8 footage was actually Trent Reznor<\/a>, the front man of the band Nine Inch Nails and the footage happened to be the music video of the NIN single<\/strong> Down With It.<\/p>\n

It all became more ridiculous when Reznor was asked to come over to Chicago to prove that he\u2019s alive and kicking and that the blood on his face in the video was just cornstarch and food coloring.<\/p>\n

Just when the government thought rock music is demonic music, FBI just helped the world of rock prove otherwise<\/strong>. This maybe not much of a fail at all.<\/p>\n
