Does anybody out there need some gift cards<\/strong>? In October 2012, CardLab, a company residing in Texas that produces gift cards, purchased the domain for $4 million<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Not only does this company own that domain, but they actually sell their products through their other two websites<\/strong>: giftcardlab.com<\/a> and incentivecardlab.com<\/a>. But hey, nothing can beat going straight to giftcard.com and being able to purchase things right there.<\/p>\n

24. Marijuana.com<\/h2>\n

In November 2011, WeedMaps<\/strong>, General Cannabis Inc.\u2019s secondary company, announced to the public that they purchased marijuana.com<\/a> for $4.6 million<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

They had purchased the domain due to the fact that simply \u201cmarijuana\u201d would be much easier to remember<\/strong> than their actual company names.<\/p>\n
