\u201eAll you had to do, was to follow the goddamn train, CJ!<\/em> \u201c This phrase<\/strong> will probably be known in the San Andrea<\/strong>s universe as the most annoying<\/strong> one, due to the randomness regarding the mission\u2019s successfulness.<\/p>\n

Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas<\/strong> presents<\/strong> an entire new story<\/strong> in an entire new place<\/strong>, based on 3 cities<\/strong> from the West Coast U. S. of A.: San Francisco<\/strong> (San Fierro), Los Angeles<\/strong> (Los Santos) and Las Vegas<\/strong> (Las Venturas).<\/p>\n

The story<\/h3>\n

You are CJ<\/strong>, an African-American man that came back from Liberty City<\/strong> (New York in real life) after the news<\/strong> of his mother\u2019s death<\/strong> reached his ears. Once he gets back he already finds himself in trouble<\/strong> with the local police<\/strong> followed by the brother\u2019s anger regarding his sudden leaving to the East Coast.<\/p>\n

\"fight<\/strong>Once<\/strong> all the heat has cooled off<\/strong>, you\u2019re properly welcomed back<\/strong> and you start rebuilding<\/strong> what once was your clan, along with your brother and sister.<\/p>\n

Gameplay<\/h3>\n

Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas<\/strong> offers<\/strong> a great deal of customization<\/strong>, side-quests<\/strong> and challenges<\/strong> considering its release year (2004).<\/p>\n

You go from changing your character\u2019s haircut and clothes<\/strong>, to putting muscles<\/strong> on him with the help of a gym, learning new styles of fighting<\/strong> and tuning the cars he successfully stole.<\/p>\n

Also the game introduces<\/strong> for the first time in its series<\/strong> the notion of<\/strong> girlfriends, NPCs that grant you certain favors<\/strong> when you meet a certain positive status<\/strong> with them. Usually, to please them you have to take them on a date <\/a>to one of the various places<\/strong> the game has to offer: Drive-thru, bar<\/strong> and so on.<\/p>\n

Best features<\/h3>\n

What can also be noted is the high amount of vehicles, planes, helicopters, boats<\/a> and motorcycles<\/strong> and even bicycles<\/strong> available for<\/strong> your transportation<\/strong> means. In total<\/strong> 152 vehicles, 22 aircrafts, 12 2-wheelers <\/strong>and 10 boats<\/strong> await to be used to get you from Point A to B. <\/p>\n

The weapons <\/a>also got their share of variety<\/strong>, ranging from knives<\/strong> and blunt weapons<\/strong> to rocket launchers<\/strong> and AK\u2019s\/M4\u2019s<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Maybe its best feature<\/strong> is the huge map<\/strong> you\u2019re allowed to travel on: Containing 3 big cities<\/strong>, a dozen smaller ones<\/strong>, a desert<\/strong> and a mountain<\/strong> and lots of greenland<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Of course the size of the map had to bring a negative point<\/strong>, that being the low quality of the textures.<\/strong> This can be easily fixed with the graphics enhancer mods <\/a>that lie around on the internet.<\/p>\n

Some<\/strong> of the things<\/strong> from the previous games<\/strong> like, doing emergency missions<\/strong> (Ambulance, Police) are still available<\/strong> as new ones like taking driver\u2019s and pilot\u2019s license<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Also the game is highly customizable<\/strong>, with few thousand mods<\/strong> already released, like new vehicles<\/strong> models, graphics enhancers<\/strong> etc.<\/p>\n
