The movie Fifty Shades of Grey<\/strong> got more attention<\/strong> online than any other blockbuster\u2019s trailer<\/strong> that got released lately, with the help of a few parodies and a soundtrack<\/strong> that includes singles from singers Beyonc\u00e9 <\/a>and Sia. Also the trilogy<\/strong> has sold over 100 million copies<\/strong>, with more than 50 translations<\/strong> in other languages.<\/p>\n

On-screen story<\/h3>\n

Most definitely everybody who already read the<\/strong> book presumed that not all stories will be presented<\/strong> in the movie<\/strong> and that the on-screen story<\/strong> will be more overcome<\/strong> because of the way too explicit content<\/strong> that the book presents<\/strong>. There will be however a lot of steamy kissing<\/strong>, spanking<\/a> and not too pornographic<\/strong> sex-scenes in close-up. But the true star of the movie is Dakota Johnson who gives realism<\/strong> and depth to E. L James\u2019s character<\/strong>, Anastasia<\/strong>. Dakota is<\/strong> quite a down to earth woman<\/strong> that is very aware<\/strong> of the<\/strong> unreasonable side of the book<\/strong> but manages to look through it<\/strong> and creates a character<\/strong> that satisfies<\/strong> both the author<\/strong> as well as the audience<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Soft-core novel<\/h3>\n

Inspiring the big screen adaptation, the E. L. James bestseller<\/strong> is written in a provocative, silly and romantic<\/strong> mode. The soft-core<\/strong> novel treats themes<\/strong> like BDSM<\/a> and, mildly, the implications of a dominant versus submissive relationship between a shy<\/strong> and nerdy college student<\/strong> and a powerful corporate<\/strong> that falls in love<\/strong> with her although, as he says in the book and movie<\/strong>, he normally doesn\u2019t \u201cdo relationships<\/em>\u201d. From the moment Anastasia signs<\/strong> the acceptance paper<\/strong>s of a BDSM relationship with Mr. Grey she is introduced to the \u201cRed Room of Pain<\/a>\u201d. The entire action focuses<\/strong> on Anastasia\u2019s decision<\/strong> of whether she should give in or not to Christian\u2019s dominance.<\/p>\n

Overview<\/h3>\n

The overview<\/strong> of the book-movie differences<\/strong> is that the movie adaptation<\/strong> remains pretty close<\/strong> to the bestseller. Unfortunately it stays close even when Christian says \u201cLaters, baby,<\/em>\u201d and one inner goddess remark from Anastasia \u201cHoly cow<\/em>!\u201d The biggest differences<\/strong> between the book and the movie are in the sex scenes<\/strong>, some<\/strong> of them being completely removed<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The Sex Scenes<\/h2>\n

\"showeringThe movie Fifty Shades of Grey has provided us with a bunch of explicit sex scenes<\/strong> but none of them<\/strong> are too dirty<\/strong>. The controversial scenes serve<\/strong> as an enhancement<\/strong> to the original plot so no one should be outraged<\/strong> by them unless you are too much of a prude.<\/p>\n

Items like whips, rope or cuffs are standard accessorie<\/strong>s for BDSM<\/strong> but for the regular acts<\/strong> of sex this might appear as extreme<\/strong>, therefore movies<\/strong> are the balanced way<\/strong> of accepting it without the feeling of weirdness.<\/p>\n

For every woman<\/strong> or man who has experimented<\/strong> once the S&M practice, will know that both the book and the movie<\/strong> Fifty Shades of Grey is not that harsh<\/strong> and it mostly depends<\/strong> on your gender,<\/strong> your sexual preferences<\/strong> and experience to judge the \u201cRed Room\u201d scenes. Unfortunately for the female audience<\/strong> there is not as much male nudity<\/strong> as it is female<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s a shame<\/strong> that the director of the movie, Sam Taylor-Johnson, who is a woman herself, tends to have a perspective<\/strong> more likely closer to Anastasia\u2019s<\/strong>: nervous and bound to believe that BDSM is most likely for<\/strong> the damaged people<\/strong>, who can only hide<\/strong> their emotional traumas by taking on roles<\/strong> and scenarios during sex<\/strong>. We ought to have believe that a female-centric point of view<\/strong> would have been more present in the movie<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Christian mildly spanks Ana<\/h3>\n

\"fifty<\/strong>The scene where Ana is spanked for the first time<\/strong> is in both book and movie. In the movie Anastasia rolls her eyes<\/strong> after she reads the negotiation rules<\/a>, while Christian is very serious<\/strong> about it. Mr. Grey tells Ana<\/strong> that if she will roll her eyes again<\/strong> he will bend her over his knees<\/strong> and spank her. And so he does. Pulling her tights down<\/strong> and giving her some serious slaps<\/strong> to the ass. Movie<\/strong>-Christian does this after Ana\u2019s graduation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Book<\/strong>-Christian has sex<\/strong> with Ana, she <\/strong>reaches orgasm and although naming the act \u201cexquisite<\/strong>\u201d, Christian leaves<\/strong> after a few hours, leaving Ana in tears. They meet again at the apartment after<\/strong> the two talk through email<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Ana is comforted and soothed by Christian\u2019s presence. In the movie<\/strong>, Christian doesn\u2019t show such remorse<\/strong> or kindness. In fact in the movie<\/strong>, after the spanking occurs, there is no sex afterwards<\/strong> and Mr. Grey just leaves<\/strong> and doesn\u2019t come back.<\/p>\n

So Ana doesn’t get her ass rubbed<\/strong> in the movie<\/strong> with baby oil just a heads-up<\/strong> to what he will do and their clothes are still on<\/strong>, comparing to the book<\/strong> where Christian<\/strong> actually undresses her<\/strong>. The spanking<\/strong> has no<\/strong> actual skin to skin contact<\/strong> and it is a shame<\/strong> because it really loses the authentic impact<\/strong> that was presented in the book<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Masturbation scene<\/h3>\n

What we still see in the movie after<\/strong> this whole scene is a lot of kissing<\/strong> on the thighs, a casual <\/a>and not at all scandalous underwear<\/strong>. The part<\/strong> when Christian says to Ana<\/strong> to stay<\/strong> still made through in the movie. As for the whole masturbation act it\u2019s all done<\/strong> in a blurry and faded<\/strong> to black scene, not showing<\/strong> obviously how poor girl Dakota pleases herself<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Fingering the Way to an Orgasm<\/h3>\n

We figure it out a long time ago, that the fingering scene<\/strong> might be definitely cut from the movie<\/strong>. But this scene is quite accurate<\/strong> for the big-screen overall<\/strong>. Not<\/strong> so much of a detailed sex-scene<\/strong> that has explosive orgasm all of the sudden, is really common in cinematic sex. And I stand corrected, \u201corgasms\u201d.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s not that we want to see explicit scenes<\/strong> that are too close to the real deal<\/strong>, because otherwise it turns into<\/strong> real porn <\/a>but encouraging the idea that orgasms are so easy to achieve<\/a> by a shy college student, who was a virgin not too long ago, by so little effort is hard to believe to be realistic<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

No Inner Goddess<\/h2>\n

\"innerTo be frank, we really believe that nobody was looking<\/strong> forward to find out more about Ana’s<\/strong> “Inner Goddess<\/a>“. Anastasia gives a name<\/strong> for all her desires<\/strong>, her libido and it’s the “Inner Goddess<\/strong> which has different dances<\/strong> by her stage of sexual excitement.<\/p>\n

The reason why it is a good thing that it got dumped<\/strong> is that it already created in our readers minds<\/strong> an uncanny picture<\/strong>, so imagine what it would have been like to recreate<\/strong> it on the big screen<\/strong>. Yeah…<\/p>\n

The only time the word “goddess”<\/strong> in mentioned<\/strong> is when her roommate<\/strong>, Kate, addresses it to Ana. There is no doubt<\/strong> that women<\/strong> have been attracted<\/strong> to the bestseller<\/strong> because of the thrill that gives them control<\/strong> and because of Ana<\/strong>, who as a hard-working student<\/strong>, surrenders to her inner goddess.<\/p>\n

Thanks<\/strong> to Dakota Johnson, Ana doesn\u2019t has her way-to-dramatic inner monologues<\/strong> and actually uses her body language<\/strong> to help her express frustration<\/strong>, loneliness and sexual excitement<\/strong>. She really turns<\/strong> Anastasia into<\/strong> a real person<\/strong> by being so subtle in her role in addition to the book, which isn\u2019t that subtle.<\/p>\n

Anastasia\u2019s inner goddess<\/strong> meant for her to react<\/strong> to each and one of Christian\u2019s advances<\/strong> by blushing and gushing. Would you really have preferred<\/strong> for Ana to have inner dances<\/strong>: \u201cMy very small inner goddess sways in a gentle victorious samba<\/em>\u201d, do gymnastics: \u201cMy inner goddess is doing backflips in a routine worthy of a Russian Olympic gymnast<\/em>\u201d or to\u2026book a hotel room? \u201cMy inner goddess<\/strong> has a DO NOT DISTURB sign on the outside of her room.<\/em>\u201d Exactly!<\/p>\n

We are not saying E. L. James\u2019s ideas we\u2019re not good, because, in fact, that\u2019s what made the book<\/strong> such a great phenomenon<\/strong> but the inner goddess didn\u2019t quite worked<\/strong> out that well. And most important<\/strong> probably everybody got the idea of<\/strong> what the inner goddess<\/strong> stood for<\/strong> but the way it was put in practice<\/strong> didn\u2019t went<\/strong> along with what we had in mind<\/strong>, resulting a very busy and emotional bizarre personification<\/strong> of sexual desire, leaving us with a very strange mental picture every time the inner goddess made her appearance in E. L James\u2019s book<\/a>.<\/p>\n

I think we should all take a moment and think<\/strong> how good was without the cartoony<\/strong> outbursts from the book. Sure, a book with a sex scene<\/strong> at every five pages can be hard to read<\/strong> with all those weird exclamations like \u201cArgh!<\/em>\u201d, \u201cOh Jeez!<\/em>\u201d or my personal \u201cfavorite\u201d \u201cDouble crap!<\/em>\u201d Thanks to human nature<\/strong>, those sounds aren\u2019t<\/strong> so articulated in real life<\/strong> or in the movie.<\/p>\n

\n

No sex-toys<\/h2>\n

\"sexThe famous and controversial scene<\/strong> from the book<\/strong> with the Ben Wa balls is not in the movie<\/strong>. We are once again thankful for this modification<\/strong> of the script due to its lack of realism<\/strong>. The balls do not have the same result<\/strong> as a vibrator<\/a>, for example, would have. If you ask women<\/strong> who have tried<\/strong> them they will probably tell you the same<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Ben Wa balls have the effect<\/strong> of some sort of exercise<\/strong> for the woman\u2019s pelvic muscles that improves<\/strong> its health<\/strong>. The best they can do is enhance and stimulate<\/strong> your sexual senses, so that the whole experience of sex<\/strong> will be explosive<\/strong> in the end. But having the power to make you get to climax just by using them<\/strong> only is not lifelike<\/strong>, so don\u2019t get yourselves fooled.<\/p>\n

“I’m going to put these inside you, and then I’m going to spank you, not for punishment, but for your pleasure and mine,<\/em>” is the scene from<\/strong> the book in which Christian inserts the Ben-Wa balls. Apart from spanking, this is a command Ana<\/strong> really enjoys to execute<\/strong>. Once again, it\u2019s totally understandable<\/strong> why this scene was cut out<\/strong> but there are no other scenes that substitutes it.<\/p>\n

Showing just a side, the \u201cadequate<\/strong>\u201d sex is not proving anything to anyone<\/strong>. Again, an explicit scene isn\u2019t necessary but the idea of it happening in couple\u2019s sex life of this century is kind of essential.<\/p>\n

No flashing Mr. Grey<\/h2>\n

\"christianWe know, we know\u2026Mr. Grey\u2019s \u201cmanhood\u201d has quite an abundant presence in the book<\/strong> so you will be disappointed<\/strong>, or already were, by the lack of presence<\/strong> on the big screen<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\u201cSuddenly, he sits up and tugs my panties off and throws them on the floor. Pulling off his boxer briefs, his erection springs free. Holy cow!…He kneels up and pulls a condom onto his considerable length. Oh no…Will it? How?\u201d <\/em>And many more book scenes<\/strong> have made Christian\u2019s penis quite the star<\/strong>. But not in the movie<\/strong> whatsoever.<\/p>\n

Also Christian doesn\u2019t get to charm away <\/strong>Ana\u2019s father in the movie<\/strong>. In the book, at Anastasia\u2019s graduation, Christian shows<\/strong> off his other side<\/strong>, a side that is plain evil<\/strong> and gets the readers a better view<\/strong> on this man actual intentions<\/strong>. Talking about fishing with her father<\/strong> just to get him to like Christian in order to appear more approachable in Ana\u2019s eyes. The movie version<\/strong> is much less shorter talk<\/strong> that doesn\u2019t imply Christian Grey\u2019s other shades.<\/p>\n

\n

Not much Jose either<\/h2>\n

\"photographerWhile Jos\u00e9<\/strong> is quite a character in the book<\/strong>, we don\u2019t get to see much of Christian\u2019s photographer who is more aware of his love for Ana<\/strong> in the book than it is in the movie.<\/p>\n

In the movie<\/strong> it goes like this: After Ana and Christian<\/strong> briefly talk at a coffee date<\/strong>, Ana is left<\/strong> with a vague warning from Christian<\/strong> to stay away<\/strong> from him. Finishing their finals, Ana and her roommate Kate, decide<\/strong> to go out and celebrate<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile she receives a first edition book<\/strong> as a gift from Christian<\/strong> and decides she cannot keep it<\/strong>. A drunk Ana<\/strong> decides to call Christian<\/strong> to refuse<\/strong> his offer<\/strong>. By the time he gets to the bar, Jose tries<\/strong> to make a move on Ana<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

In the book Jose is clearly a rival to Christian<\/strong>, trying to win Ana\u2019s affection. Sure the main couple<\/strong> have an already complicated relationship<\/strong>, but a love triangle<\/strong> was in many readers\u2019 expectations<\/strong> when the movie was yet to release.<\/p>\n

Ana\u2019s roommate, Kate has a smaller role<\/strong> than she had in the book too. She does though appear more<\/strong> because of her relationship with Christian\u2019s brother, Elliot but she definitely is not that suspicious<\/strong> of Mr. Grey as she is in the book.<\/p>\n

\n

Anastasia movie is different from Anastasia book<\/h2>\n

\"AnaOne of the best asset<\/strong> to the movie adaptation is Dakota Johnson\u2019s contribution to the role of Anastasia Steele<\/strong>. From an awkward and coy college student<\/strong>, Dakota really manages to bring life to Anastasia<\/strong> by turning the uncomfortable lines<\/strong> into funny<\/strong> catchy phrases<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Her ability to switch<\/strong> in a second from shy to innocent silly<\/strong> and to sexy<\/strong> got David Edelstein saying about her<\/strong>: \u201cJohnson doesn\u2019t so much speak her lines as float them, removing the sharp notes so that Anastasia can seem both intelligent and strangely unassertive \u2014 the sort of smart, unformed woman who\u2019d be irresistible to a man with a compulsion to dominate.<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n

In comparison to the book version<\/strong> where, although, Ana constantly says that she is smart<\/strong>, it never truly convinces anybody. In the movie, Dakota gives strength<\/strong> to the character<\/strong> by having a sense of humor<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Her ability<\/strong> of achieving a sort of transparency<\/strong> when it comes to expressions comes<\/strong> most definitely from her mother<\/strong>, Melanie Griffith<\/a>. Her unique approach<\/strong> of a rather intelligent woman<\/strong> who doesn\u2019t<\/strong> just drops her lines<\/strong> but chooses to leave the floating<\/strong> gives the character<\/strong> the type of smart<\/strong> who is oddly attracted to a man<\/strong> of such great presence and a tendency to dominate.<\/p>\n

Book Ana is described<\/strong> as an ordinary girl<\/strong> from Georgia,<\/a> way too unexperienced to face Christian Grey\u2019s wealth and the luxurious gifts<\/a> and benefits that come along with the ride. Dakota<\/strong> is able to get rid of that class difference<\/strong> when it is presented her mother\u2019s luxurious life<\/strong> and what\u2019s more is that she doesn\u2019t <\/strong>even needs<\/strong> her roommate\u2019s borrowed clothes<\/strong> to impress<\/strong> the powerful Mr. Grey<\/strong> and is sure not amazed or shocked<\/strong> by Christian\u2019s advance to the first class on a flight<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\n

The negotiation scene is different<\/h2>\n

\"BDSMIn the movie Anastasia<\/strong> wants a business meeting to work through the limits<\/strong> of the contract<\/strong> whereas, in the book, the rules<\/strong> are discussed<\/strong> at the hotel. The harsh stuff is detailed at<\/strong> Mr. Grey\u2019s office<\/strong> including aspects about butt plugs<\/a> or anal fisting.<\/p>\n

Movie Ana<\/strong> is more capable, smart and funny talking freely<\/strong> at a big conference table about<\/strong> their future BDSM relationship<\/a>. She is witty when it comes to straight forward questions<\/strong> like \u201cWhat are butt plugs?<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n

In the book Anastasia<\/strong> agrees<\/strong> to her role as submissive while her graduation but in the movie things<\/strong> are a bit different<\/strong>. The movie shows Christian handing out diplomas<\/strong> on stage while she is graduating<\/strong> and she accepts it<\/strong> facing all her colleagues.<\/p>\n

By comparison, the book presents<\/strong> this scene after the graduation<\/strong> ceremony: \u201cI’m Eve in the Garden of Eden and he’s the serpent, and I cannot resist.<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n

There is also no fitness regime mentioned in the contract<\/strong>. In the book a major request<\/strong> is that she eats well <\/strong>when Christian <\/strong>tells her to and is requested<\/strong> that she sees a personal trainer<\/strong> three times a week, although Ana doesn\u2019t<\/strong> usually exercise at all<\/strong>. As a relief, movie Christian is not<\/strong> that preoccupied<\/strong> about her workouts<\/strong> or waxing.<\/p>\n

The Ending<\/h2>\n

\"elevatorThe ending<\/strong> has by far one of the most extreme scenes<\/strong> and is lacking of one scene<\/strong>, ending with the final goodbyes<\/strong> said at the elevator<\/strong>, a mirror image<\/strong> from where they first saw each other<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

As if the final scene <\/a>wasn\u2019t dramatic enough, the initial ending<\/strong> would have been our aching main character<\/strong> sobbing alone<\/strong> in her apartment<\/strong>. This is due to Christian Grey\u2019s last outburst<\/strong> that pushes things<\/strong> a bit too far<\/strong>. His <\/strong>violent behavior <\/a>scares<\/strong> and horrifies poor Anastasia<\/strong> who had always hoped that maybe the powerful CEO would look within his dominant behavior<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

To be more specific the movie ending goes something like this: Anastasia<\/strong> has experienced the worst of the \u201c<\/strong>Red Room of Pain<\/a>\u201d<\/strong> leaving disturbed and undoubtedly convinced that she can no longer<\/strong> be with Christian<\/strong>. After few attempts<\/strong> of convincing Ana the contrary, she definitely wants her car back, which Christian sold with no further heads-up.<\/p>\n

The shy Ana<\/strong> is now categorical, telling him<\/strong> \u201cNo<\/em>!\u201d when he tries to follow her to the elevator<\/strong>, while she leaves his apartment. A formal goodbye<\/strong> is made when they both<\/strong> say each other\u2019s names<\/strong> as the elevator door closes. In the<\/strong> book there is a following scene that gets us through Anastasia\u2019s way home<\/strong> and finally ends<\/strong> with her crying on the bed<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Personally<\/strong>, I would have preferred the <\/strong>movie ending<\/a> because of the firm stand she had in the end. It really would have shown us<\/strong> a more mature and stronger Ana<\/strong> that made her final decision<\/strong> and left. No regrets, crying or crawling into her own sorrow right after she gets alone again.<\/p>\n

The Tampon Scene<\/h2>\n

\"tamponsObviously everybody is pleased that the tampon scene <\/a>was not<\/strong> in the cinematographic adaptation<\/strong> of Fifty Shades of Grey. Director Sam Taylor-Johnson told \u201cVariety\u201d that: \u201cIt didn\u2019t make it into the movie,\u201d <\/em>\u201cIt was never even discussed<\/em>\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

So don\u2019t let any misguided thoughts<\/strong> make you search<\/strong> for the director\u2019s cut because you won\u2019t find it<\/strong>. At one point it was one of the most debated scenes<\/strong> from the book. Let\u2019s just say it\u2019s good to have open minded people but great when we have categorical people<\/strong> when it comes to scenes<\/strong> involving tampons<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The scene<\/strong> was like this: \u201cWhen did you start your period, Anastasia?” he asks out of the blue, gazing down at me.<\/em><\/p>\n

“Err\u2026 yesterday,” I mumble in my highly aroused state.<\/em><\/p>\n

“Good.” He releases me and turns me around.<\/em>\u2028”Hold on to the sink,” he orders and pulls my hips back again, like he did in the playroom, so I’m bending down. He reaches between my legs and pulls on the blue string\u2026 what! And gently pulls my tampon out and tosses it into the nearby toilet. Holy f–k. Sweet mother of all\u2026 Jeez.<\/em><\/p>\n

And then he’s inside me\u2026 ah!\u201d<\/p>\n

“ Fifty Shades of Grey is first and foremost a romantic love story, and the sex is only part of that ”<\/p>\n

Okay, so we get the point, it\u2019s a better sexual sensation<\/a> when women<\/strong> have their period<\/strong> but having this in the movie and not a simple oral sex act? I mean, come on. And I\u2019m not sure if it wasn\u2019t truly discussed afterwards. Sure there is no place for it on the big screen<\/strong> but there had to be some irritated people because of this.<\/p>\n

Nevertheless, producer Michael De Luca had to say: \u201cThe book needed to put you in Ana\u2019s shoes to be a successful experience,\u201d \u201cA lot of it was very literal. The movie didn\u2019t need to do that. It\u2019s a completely different medium.<\/em>\u201d We completely agree<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

If you didn\u2019t read the book<\/strong> you probably will find yourselves astonished<\/strong> by the thrill that the scenes delivers in the first half an hour<\/strong> because the well taught setup takes time<\/strong> into introducing<\/strong> each character<\/strong>. Every one of them has the sufficient amount of mystery <\/strong>that accomplish to keep the audience tied up<\/strong> to the movie.<\/p>\n

A book<\/strong> with such controversial theme<\/strong> and with so much sex<\/strong> would be hard to reduce<\/strong> to its essential points and to be structured in a manner that fits the big screen<\/strong> well. Director Sam Taylor-Johnson says: \u201cI think the sex scenes are integral to the story. They are not gratuitous. It tracks the story.<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n

Producer Michael De Luca claims that the most intense onscreen sex<\/strong> between the two characters was the final one<\/strong> from the \u201cRed Room of Pain<\/a>\u201d: \u201cThe scene that we talked about a lot is the final scene<\/strong>, where Ana asks him to do the worst<\/strong> he can do to show her how bad it\u2019s<\/strong> going to get,<\/em>\u201d \u201cIt\u2019s the closest Christian comes in the first book to being his full dominant self. Jamie\u2019s performance in that scene is a miracle. He really gets carried away in the moment.<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n

The author E. L. James favors the big-screen adaptation<\/strong> although some scenes<\/strong> had to be cut or revised<\/strong>: \u201cFifty Shades of Grey\u2019 is first and foremost a romantic love story, and the sex is only part of that,<\/em>\u201d \u201cPeople who haven\u2019t read the books might be surprised that there isn\u2019t more sex on the screen, but that\u2019s because they\u2019ve gone by media reports of \u2018Fifty Shades,\u2019 which have tended to err on the side of the sensational. I\u2019m pretty sure the millions of fans who have the read the trilogy will think there is enough sex.<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n

The character\u2019s dialogs<\/strong> are done straight in terms<\/strong> of production design. The movie gets you rid of E. L. James, it\u2019s just Anastasia and Christian. Every detail of the movie<\/strong> is done on a very high standard<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Overall the movie characters don\u2019t get as graphic<\/strong> as they do in the novel<\/strong>, that means no sex-toys <\/a>either but what the movie can assure you is scenes<\/strong> of Dakota Johnson\u2019s boobs, both Dakota and Jamie\u2019s butts<\/a>, full frontal of a nude Dakota and a peek of Mr. Grey\u2019s penis.<\/strong><\/p>\n

So yes, maybe the movie didn\u2019t reproduced<\/strong> exactly the same one of the raunchiest scenes<\/strong> we\u2019ve been all reading about but overall the film adaptation<\/strong> had more sex<\/strong> than many 18-rated movies from 2014.
